Certified Lactation Consultant, graduate of the
U.C.S.D. lactation consultant program, a mother of
two, and a woman who loves to help other women and
their babies establish the best start possible. I am a
Latina who speaks fluent Spanish if you're more
comfortable speaking in Spanish during your consult.
I came into lactation because of the rough start I had
breastfeeding my own child. If something was to go
wrong with breastfeeding, it did with my first child.
In those days, lactation consultants were few and far
between. I wanted to make sure that other women would be
able to give their children the best nutrition with more help
than was around for me. Thus, I dedicated myself to
becoming a lactation consultant and have made this my
life's vocation along with motherhood.
